With his expertise in the field of derivatives, arbitrage and margin trading activities he is taking up the Company to the new heights, growth and success.

Mr. DARSHIL SHAH
has been appointed as Director (Non-Executive and Independent) by the members of the Company. He is qualified Company Secretary and having Bachelor degree in law. He has more than 8 Years of experience in the field of Secretarial Operations, Legal Operations, Corporate Matters and Legal Affairs. Further, he possesses integrity and relevant proficiency, which will bring tremendous value to the Board and to the Company.

is an Independent Director of the company. She has more than 2 years of Experience in the field of finance. She holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce, and sgraduated with a Master of Business Administration from the Gujarat Technological University, Gujarat. She is also pursuing the Professional Examination from Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She also holds the NISM Series XI Certificate.
